Terms & Conditions
The prize for this competition is the sum of one calendar month’s rent for one Hudlets tenant, given in cash, up to the value of £450.
This prize will be awarded to one Hudlets tenant only. Your chance of winning the prize will not be affected by the number of tenants in your property.
To be entered into the draw, you must have signed a contract for a tenancy of at least 44 weeks for the academic year 2019-20. This competition applies to all Hudlets properties (including houses, halls and studio flats). All tenants matching the criteria will be assigned a number and drawn at random, and the draw will be final.
Proof of ID will be required on collection, and the prize must be signed for by the winner. If for any reason the winner is unwilling or unable to accept their prize, a second winner will be drawn at random.
The winner will be selected and announced on Monday 16 September 2019.
We will announce the winner over our social media channels, as well as the Students’ Union’s; therefore by entering this competition you consent to your name and picture being shared on social media.
