International Students

Welcome to HudLets

Moving to the UK for university is exciting — and a little overwhelming. HudLets is the University’s official student accommodation provider, run by your Students’ Union. We’re here to help you find safe, reliable housing and settle into life at Huddersfield.

Accept your university place

Before you can secure accommodation, make sure you formally accept your place at Huddersfield University by the deadline. You’ll also need a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) number — follow the instructions from UCAS and the university carefully.

Sort out your paperwork

Most international students need a student visa to study in the UK. You’ll also need to:

• Complete the visa application form

• Pay the healthcare surcharge for access to the UK’s NHS Getting your paperwork sorted early will make moving and settling in much smoother.
